These terms apply to your use of romaccio.co.uk and to everything you buy from us. Please read them before you place an order. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.
1. Who you are dealing with

2. Using our site
You must be at least 18 years old to order from us. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, not to interfere with how it works, and not to copy, scrape or resell its content.
3. Products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different from one screen to another, and small variations in fabric and finish are normal in clothing. The measurements and fit notes on each product page are guides, not guarantees.
All items are subject to availability. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and refund you in full.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are the price you pay. Delivery within the United Kingdom is free, so nothing is added at checkout. We may change our prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already accepted.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even if we have already confirmed it.
5. Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email we send when you order is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance. The contract between us comes into being when we dispatch your order. We may decline an order, for example where an item is unavailable, where we cannot take payment, or where we suspect fraud.
6. Payment
Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept the cards and digital wallets shown at checkout; payment is handled by our payment provider over an encrypted connection and we never see your full card details. See our payment methods page for more.
7. Delivery
We deliver to the United Kingdom only. Delivery times and costs are set out in our Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.
8. Cancellation and returns
You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and we give you 30 days to return an item on top of that. How it works, including who pays return postage, is set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.
9. Faulty goods
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund — contact us and we will put it right.
10. Intellectual property
The Romaccio name, logo, product photography and site content belong to us or to our licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.
11. Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, nor for business losses. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, strikes, carrier failures or disruption to telecommunications. If such an event occurs we will contact you and, where the delay is substantial, you may cancel and receive a refund for goods not delivered.

14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. As a consumer resident in the United Kingdom you keep the benefit of the mandatory protections of UK consumer law, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of the United Kingdom.
16. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email info@romaccio.co.uk with your order number. We aim to reply within one working day and to resolve complaints within 14 days.
