How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order to anywhere in the United Kingdom. There is no minimum spend.
How long will my order take?
We process orders within 1–2 business days, and delivery then takes 4–6 business days. Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days of being placed. During busy periods processing can take a little longer, and we will let you know if that happens.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.
Will I know when my order has shipped?
Yes. We email you a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us. You can follow it on our track your order page.
Can I return something?
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. The item needs to be unworn, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Email info@romaccio.co.uk and we will tell you how to send it back. The full terms are in our returns and refund policy.
What size should I choose?
Every product page carries a short sizing note telling you how that piece is cut — relaxed, close, oversized, or made to layer — and for most pieces you can take your usual size. Where a cut runs short or close we say so on the page.
We do not publish measurement charts. We would rather give you the real measurements of the garment than a generic chart that may not match it, so those will go up per product once we have them from the maker. If you are unsure which size to take, email us before you order and we will help.
Do you run any offers?
Yes. Buy any two items and you get 10% off; buy three or more and you get 15% off. It applies across the whole shop, it comes off automatically at checkout, and there is no code to enter.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major debit and credit cards, plus the digital wallets shown at checkout. Payment is handled over an encrypted connection by Shopify Payments; we never see or store your card details.
Is it safe to order from Romaccio?
Yes. The whole site runs over a secure connection and payments are processed by Shopify, one of the largest payment providers in the world. Our full company details are at the bottom of every page.
