Everything about paying for your order at Romaccio, in plain terms.
What you can pay with
We accept all major debit and credit cards, along with the digital wallets shown at checkout. The full list of options available to you appears on the payment step before you confirm your order.
How your payment is handled
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments over an encrypted connection. Your card details go straight to the payment provider — Romaccio never sees them and never stores them.
When you are charged
Your card is charged when you place the order. Prices on the site are shown in pounds sterling and are the final price; delivery within the United Kingdom is free, so nothing is added at checkout.
If a payment fails
If your payment is declined, nothing is charged and your basket stays as it is. It is usually worth trying another card or wallet. If it keeps failing, email info@romaccio.co.uk and we will help you place the order.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with. Once we have processed it, your bank usually takes a few working days to show the money. The conditions are set out in our returns and refund policy.
