Delivery Policy

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only.

1. Processing time

We process orders within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, such as sale events and the run-up to Christmas, processing can take a little longer. If that affects your order, we will tell you.

2. Delivery time

Once your order has been processed, delivery takes a further 4 to 6 business days.

  • Processing: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery: 4–6 business days
  • Total: 5 to 8 business days from the day you place your order

These are estimates rather than guarantees. They do not cover delays caused by the carrier or by events outside our control.

3. Delivery cost

Standard delivery is free on all orders to the United Kingdom. There is no minimum spend, and nothing is added at checkout.

4. Tracking

As soon as your order leaves us you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. That email also tells you which carrier is handling the delivery. If you have not received it within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder and then contact us. You can also follow your parcel on our track your order page.

5. Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order. We cannot change an address once a parcel has been dispatched, and we are not responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.

6. Missing or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, email info@romaccio.co.uk with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.

7. Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away and we will put it right. Our Returns & Refund Policy explains how that works.
